Ohio State came in at No. 3.The preseason AP Top 25 is set to come out next week. Ohio State will likely be ranked inside the top five in that one, too.Urban Meyer’s team, whether he’s coaching it or not, is probably going to be listed as the favorite in the Big Ten and a popular College Football Playoff pick.Stewart Mandel is seeing things differently.The Athletic’s national college football writer released his Big Ten predictions today. He has a bold one for Ohio State.The Buckeyes will finish in fourth place in the Big Ten East Division. Yes, you read that correctly, Ohio State, a preseason top-three team nationally, won’t even finish in the top three of its own division.Mandel has Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State finishing ahead of the Buckeyes.Stewart Mandel: #OhioState will not win B1G East.
