first_img Algerian Navy ship visits Kochi, India Authorities View post tag: ANS Ezzadjer August 3, 2016 Back to overview,Home naval-today Algerian Navy ship visits Kochi, India center_img Algerian Navy ship Ezzadjer arrived to Kochi, India for a three-day port visit on August 2.The Algerian corvette is led by Commander Chalabi Ahcene, Commanding Officer, who together with Captain Chouchane Mohamed EI-Mouldi, the ‘mission commander’, called on Rear Admiral RB Pandit, the Chief of Staff, Southern Naval Command.Various interactions between the ship and the Southern Naval Command have been planned during the visit.The corvette’s two sister vessels, ANS Adhaffer and EL Fateh earlier visited Kochi for logistic support on September 15 and February 16 respectively. ANS Ezzadjer is planned to depart Kochi on August 5 from where it will head for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Prior to arriving to India, Ezzadjer visited Malaysia On July 25.The ship is the final of three Chinese-built C28A guided-missile corvette which was delivered to the Algerian Navy in July 2016.
